- 100g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- Topping: fresh berries, granola or shredded coconut
Preparation
1. sieve the matcha powder into a glass or bowl.
2. Add 2 tbsp warm oat milk and stir with a spoon until smooth and no lumps remain.
3. add the rest of the oat milk, yogurt, oat flakes, chia seeds and honey. Stir well.
4 Cover with cling film and place in the fridge overnight - at least 6 hours.
5. top with berries, granola or grated coconut in the morning. Done.
Tips
Consistency: Too thick? Stir in some oat milk before serving.
Sweetness: Ripe banana instead of honey makes the oats naturally sweeter and creamier.
Meal prep: Prepare up to 3 portions at a time - will keep for 3 days in the fridge.
Why Ceremonial Grade?
The quality of the matcha is particularly important for cold recipes - cheap matcha tastes bitter and floury when cold. MatchaTime Ceremonial Grade dissolves creamily and delivers the full umami flavor even without heat.
